Peter Young - Managing Director

Peter commenced his career at a first tier accounting firm in 1991 in the audit division and had exposure to clients in a wide range of industries including:

banking and finance
energy and natural resources
manufacturing
wholesale and rental businesses
construction
legal practitioners
superannuation
charities

Since 1995, Peter has held senior accounting / financial management roles in businesses involved in manufacturing, construction, property development, steel distribution and the resources industry.
Peter has developed a strong reputation of trust and professionalism. This has been a key factor in the creation of PYBS with the relationships with our first clients commencing during Peter’s former employment.
Peter is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ).

Cathie Young - Client Service Manager

Cathie has around 30 years experience in client service roles involving planning and scheduling.

Client Service Officers / Specialists

We have a team of Client Service Officers who are responsible for delivering bookkeeping, administrative & support services to our clients under the management and supervision of Peter. We aim to match our clients and client service officers to achieve genuine win / win / win outcomes for our clients, our people and PYBS.
